Broken Lease Team is a DBA of Intell Realty LLC (DBA Broken Lease Team), a licensed Texas real estate brokerage. Our apartment-locating service places Texas renters with a past broken lease into apartments across Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
The Service Is Free to Renters
Our service is free to renters. Apartment communities pay us a referral fee when a referred client signs a lease. You have no obligation to apply to or lease any specific community we suggest.
No Guarantee of Approval
A broken lease is a variable-driven placement. Approval depends on the age of the break, debt status, rental history since, income, and the specific community's screening policy at the time you apply. We do not guarantee that any community will approve your application. We match you with communities where we believe you have a real chance based on our knowledge of their policies — outcomes are the community's decision, not ours.
Information You Provide
You agree that any information you provide (about your lease history, income, debt status, or otherwise) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation can lead to denial or later cancellation of a lease.
